Why are our delivery times what they are?
Le´zapatiere is a brand that develops its products made-to-order, in order to create a unique and special piece just for you. The product is handcrafted by native hands, which is why delivery times range from 30 to 35 business days. Everything cool takes time.

What does our warranty cover?
All brand products come with a 6-month warranty covering issues related to gluing of soles, stitching, welts, or defective upper materials (It does not cover damage caused by misuse of the product). Misuse will be determined by the brand. Guaranteed by LZ!

What happens with my product after the warranty period?
You have lifetime support from the brand in case you need any adjustment, restoration, or modification. These services will have an additional cost depending on the case. We stand for you!

Can I request a refund?
Your money will be refunded in cases of purchase withdrawal (Article 47) and right to payment reversal (Article 51), under the terms and conditions stipulated by Law 1480 of 2011, which you can consult further down. This process may take between 30 to 40 business days to be reflected.
In cases where neither of the two laws apply, no money refund will be issued. However, rest assured that an exchange or warranty service will be offered instead. We are here to support and provide solutions for your purchases. It’s better to be clear!

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our payment gateway is PAY PAL, and we rely on its platform to ensure secure purchases. Stay safe!

Can I make exchanges?
