1. About our products 
How is each piece made?

Your shoes and accessories are handcrafted by Colombian artisans, using 100% locally sourced materials. Each pair tells a story of skill and dedication.

Why our delivery times? 
Le’Zapatiere develops its products made-to-order, ensuring every piece is unique and special for you. This artisanal process, carried out by native hands, takes time: 30 to 35 business days for production before shipping. 
Everything cool takes time.

2. International shipping

- All orders are shipped from Bogotá, Colombia, through DHL.

- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated in the purchase confirmation.

3. Exchanges
- Size exchanges: up to 30 business days after receiving the product.

- General exchanges: up to 30 calendar days, provided the product is new, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

- Size exchanges requested within the timeframe are covered by the brand. Return shipping and reshipment are managed via DHL.

- Invoice or proof of purchase must be presented.

- If the requested size is not available, a credit note will be issued for the product value, valid for 6 months.

4. Warranty
What does our warranty cover?
All products include a 6-month warranty for: - Sole adhesion process.
- Stitching.

- Welt finishing.

- Defective upper material.

It does not cover damages caused by misuse, which will be determined by the brand.

What happens once the warranty expires?

You’ll have lifetime support for adjustments, restorations, or modifications, with an additional cost depending on the case.

5. Refunds 
Refunds are processed in cases of:

1. Defective or incorrect product received.

2. Inability to ship the order due to reasons attributable to the brand.

3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 47) or Right of Reversal (Art. 51), in accordance with Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.

- Processing time: 30 business days (up to 40 business days for refunds under Law 1480). - Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

- Refunds cover the product value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is attributable to Le’Zapatiere.

6. Secure payments

All transactions are processed through Mercado Pago, backed by full security protocols to guarantee safe purchases.

7. Restrictions and exceptions

- No exchanges or returns are accepted for sale, clearance, or customized products, unless defective.

- Products without original packaging, missing tags, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

- Le’Zapatiere is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processes or circumstances beyond the brand or DHL.

8. Process for exchanges, warranty claims, or refunds

1. Send a request to shopifylezapatiere@gmail.com , including: - Order number.
- Reason for the request.
- Photos of the product (if applicable).

2. Our team will confirm receipt and provide shipping instructions.

3. Once the product is received and verified, the corresponding exchange, warranty, credit note, or refund will be processed.

By completing your purchase, you automatically accept all the conditions established by Le’Zapatiere S.A.S.
